You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, sportswear and accessories cannot be returned if worn or washed.

To start a return, simply contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.
💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the order.

If you paid cash on delivery, we’ll refund you via bank transfer or wallet after receiving the returned product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Want a different size or color?
No problem! Just message us within 14 days and we’ll arrange an easy exchange — you’ll only cover the shipping cost.
