If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’re here to make things right!


🛍️ Return Policy

  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, sportswear and accessories cannot be returned if worn or washed.

  • To start a return, simply contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.


💸 Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the order.

  • If you paid cash on delivery, we’ll refund you via bank transfer or wallet after receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Exchange Option

Want a different size or color?
No problem! Just message us within 14 days and we’ll arrange an easy exchange — you’ll only cover the shipping cost.


Important Notes

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer cannot be refunded.

  • Please make sure to keep your receipt or order confirmation for faster processing.
